On an objection raised by learned Special P.P. appearing for the State with respect to maintainability of the instant appeal in view of the judgment in the case of Guddu Kumar Yadav vs. The State of Bihar [2019(4) PLJR 1240], learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a proper application for bail on behalf of the appellant.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
