The Petitioners seek bail in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 322 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners were not caught on the spot. The petitioners are in custody since 03.03.2017.

From the written report, it appears that total 8 litres of mahua country made liquor were recovered from the motorcycle. The people who had assembled there disclosed the name of the petitioners.

Let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 322 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
