Petitioner, already in custody since 28-11-2017 seeks bail in Banka PS case No. 797 of 2017 registered under Section420 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the petitioner fraudulently took Rs. 20,000/- from the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is no disclosed that what fraudulent method was adopted by the petitioner and he has been in custody in this case for last more than four months.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16460 of 2018 (5) dt.11-05-2018 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka PS case No. 797 of 2017.
