JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the letter No.1721 dated 18.12.2010 (Annexure1) issued by the District Superintendent of Education, Araria, respondent No.4, directing the respondent Mukhiya and the Panchayat Secretary to remove the petitioner from service of Panchayat Shikshak due to filing of nomination paper by him from Chhatapur Assembly Constituency.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate
