For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Mazharul Hassan, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Siddhartha Prasad, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard the parties.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and accept the tender filed by the petitioner in response to the tender notice bearing No. OFC (P)/M2/Tender/12-13 dated 7.7.2012.
Considering the passage of time, I am not persuaded to
Patna High Court CWJC No.2386 of 2013 (2) dt.29-02-2016 grant indulgence to the grievance raised by the petitioner as the tender notice is of the year 2012 and after a lapse of four years, it would not require any interference at such belated stage. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) deepika/- U
