The petitioner being Halka Karmchari is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 467 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner in collusion with the brother of the complainant issued rent receipt and forged genealogical table in favour of the brother of the informant as a result the brother of the complainant received compensation of Rs.2,58,046/- in a land acquisition proceeding. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23357 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 there is nothing on record that the alleged certificates were issued by this petitioner. More over, the beneficiary in the land acquisition proceeding is the own brother of the complainant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 1561 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
