This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49462 of 2021(3) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the Court below shall consider and decide the same without being influenced by the fact that the present anticipatory bail has been withdrawn by the petitioner.
