In the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 24.04.2015 passed by learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar at Sitamarhi in Case no. 1124 of 2005, which arises out of a proceeding under Section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of availability of equally efficacious statutory remedy to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain
