Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made Katta and seven live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in custody since 20.3.2016. He does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge-III cum Additional Chief Judicial
