JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 This application with regard to petitioner no. 1 has already been disposed of vide order dated 2.4.2015. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner no. 2 being mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the daughter of the informant was married six months prior to the occurrence and she was offered boiled rice mixed with poison and after taking the same she collapsed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is not specific against the petitioner and the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46570 of 2014 (3) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 petition to that effect before the learned court below. Considering the fact that the petitioner no. 2 is lady and accusation is not specific, let the above named petitioner no.2 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Katihar in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
