Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was remanded in this case from another case on the basis of his confessional statement. The impugned order goes to show that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him.

Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 19.4.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar at Motihari in Mufassil Motihari
