2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 958/2024 dated 21.11.2024 registered for the offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant Aditya Sinha (Cyber Security Analyst Eng.) in his complaint has alleged that the land mafia has been doing forgery in record of Deed No. 3103/1978 in the record room of District Registration Office, Vaishali and presented forged deed for mutation. It is further alleged that during verification the informant found

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel has submitted that the entire allegation of the informant against the petitioner is totally false and fabricated. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that non-officials cannot do forgery in record room without the help of the officials but no any officials of District Registry Office are made accused in this case. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2025
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 958/2024, with the condition ;- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39497 of 2025(2) dt.14-07-2025 3/3 failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner are liable to be cancelled. (ii). If the petitioner is found involved in similar nature of offence in the future, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
