05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.A. No. 510 of 2012, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 18-09-2014. By the said order, learned counsel for petitioners (appellants) was granted time for removing all the defects, however; only a few defects were removed and as such, the appeal stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order. After hearing learned counsel for petitioners and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed. The M.A. No. 510 of 2012 is directed to be restored provided learned counsel for petitioners removes all the defects within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench.
