The Petitioner seeks bail in Matihani P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1B) a, 26, 30, 35 of the Arms Act. As per written report, the name of this petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Manish Kumar who was apprehended by the police along with fire arm. It is mentioned in the written report itself that co-accused Manish Kumar told that fire arms recovered from his possession is licensee fire arm of Mahendra Singh (petitioner) which he is keeping with him. The petitioner has admitted the license of the aforesaid recovered riffle and 36 live cartridges in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19873 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 his name.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
