Fazle Karim, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Umeshanand Pandit, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Vijay Kumar, alleged that his both sons aged about 9 years and 10 years were assaulted by Petitioner No. 2 with means of iron rod. It is further alleged that the wife of informant was also assaulted

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they are themselves victim of the circumstances. As a matter of fact, both parties are co-villagers and next door neighbours and there was quarrel between children of both the parties in which a scuffle took place. Injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners are simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025, subject to
