This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Sarwar. Similarly situated some other co-accused have been allowed bail by coordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 174 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Shri Kumar Amit Mannu, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Araria, or successor Court.
