This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Three unknown persons had committed murder of Dharamveer Singh. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Prem Ranjan Singh, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 49360 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13243 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
