2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 498A, 323 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3 . It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation vide mediation report dated 09.01.2025 .
4. Learned A . P. P as well as Opposite party No. 2 does not dispute with the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact that dispute between the parties has already been resolved, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Madhubani in connection with Mahila P S Case No. 22 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
