2. The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:- (a) For issuance of an appropriate Writ for directing upon the respondent-authorities to act in accordance with law and to investigate the Patori P.S. Case No.413 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 in fair manner and within stipulated time frame. (b) For direction upon the respondents to immediately and forthwith direct and call upon the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1184 of 2025(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/3 respondent-authorities to act in accordance with law and further to bring the FIR/investigation to its logical end and to further more to arrest the accused persons and sent-up the accused persons for trial.
(c) For direction upon the respondents to immediately and forthwith direct and call upon the respondents authorities to act in accordance with law and to bring the present case i.e. Patori P.S. Case No.413 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 to its logical conclusion, all the accused persons are roaming fear free in connivance with Officials despite rejection of his bail Order from this learned Court as well as this Hon'ble Court in A. Bail vide Cri. Misc. No.27084 of 2025 (Mohan Kumar & others Vs. The State of Bihar & Others) rejected on 13.05.2025.
(d) For directing the respondents to provide a fair opportunity to the petitioner to represent his case as till date no concrete step has been taken by the Police authorities for investigating the case and to give a fair hearing to the petitioner who has registered the present case and had also represented before each various Police Officials represents in given fair circumstances.
(e) For directing the respondents specially Investigating Officer of the Patori P.S. Case No.413 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 to restrain themselves from lingering/stretching the matter too long in interest of Justice and to submit its report as soon as possible.
(f) For issuance of an appropriate Writ for commanding the respondents to act in accordance with law and to investigate the case properly within time frame and without any biasness and to ensure the Hon'ble Court that under which circumstances the accused is/are roaming free.

3. This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur with a representation regarding his grievances. If the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he will act in accordance with law.
