JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 It is fairly conceded on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner no.2 Gora Sao was already granted bail by the Sessions Judge, Gaya vide order dated 8.07.2016/11.07.2016 passed in A.B.P. No.1655/2016 but by mistake application has also been filled on his behalf. As such, learned counsel does not want to press this application so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as not pressed as against petitioner no.2 is concerned. Heard parties.

The petitioner no.1 apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that all the injuries found on the person

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34385 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 are simple in nature. It is urged that similarly situated co-accused Munni Sao and another have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29065/2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner no.1, namely, Ranjeet Sao be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.120/2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
