The petitioners seek bail in Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per written report, Anil Sah assaulted the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners.
It has been submitted that other co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 46110 of 2016 vide order dated 21.10.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12949 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 4th, Samastipur, in connection with Mohihuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
