Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a,26,35 of Arms Act.

The recovery of firearm is alleged from possession of some other co-accused. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioners, though petitioners were also arrested at the spot. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case, let the

No.36229 of 2019(2) dt.10-06-2019 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parasi Police Station Case No.18 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
