2. The appellant was a candidate for a recruitment to the post of Pharmacist pursuant to the advertisement no. 22 of 2025. Admittedly the appellant was not possessing diploma in Pharmacy as on the last of submission of application pursuant to the advertisement no. 22 of 2025. Therefore he is not eligible to participate in the process of selection and appointment to the
Patna High Court L.P.A No.609 of 2025(5) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 post of pharmacist with reference to the aforementioned advertisement. Hence, the appellant has not made out a case so as to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge dated 08.04.2025 passed in CWJC No. 5464 of 2025.
3. Accordingly, the present LPA No. 609 of 2025 stands dismissed.
4. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
