This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Perused the order, dated 02.02.2017, passed in the matter of prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in the same case in Cr. Misc. No. 24816 of 2016. There is general and omni bus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same in old matrimonial dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 800 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, or successor Court.
