Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the Khaliyan of the petitioner, liquor was recovered.

Submission is that petitioner had no knowledge of the liquor and the place of recovery is accessible by others also. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
