Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1927 of 2021(7) dt.21-01-2022 2/2 petitioner, after some argument, submits that he is not pressing the reliefs which he has sought in the present writ application, in the facts and circumstances of the case. He further submits that the petitioner undertakes to vacate the premises in question within three months from today.

In view of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with an observation that the premises in question must be vacated by him within three months from today.

List this case under the heading "To be mentioned" on 21.04.2022 for the petitioner to report compliance of the aforesaid undertaking.

The Court expects that in the meantime the respondents shall not take any coercive step to forcibly evict the petitioner from premises in question.
