Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 120/2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 379, 295(A), 153(A), 505 (2), 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, four persons in a tea shop situated near the medical shop of the informant, were uttering some unparliamentary words. On protest, they assaulted one Karan Kumar. Thereafter, they called 40-50 persons to commit loot-pat in the shops situated nearby the shop of informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49786 of 2021(3) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and he is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that on similar footing, some other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No. 21846 of 2021 vide order dated 26.04.2021 and some accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the court below itself. Considering the fact that the other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No.120/2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
