Petitioner is accused in connection with Malsalami P. S. Case no. 11 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 1.2.2017.
