2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have shot the son of the informant. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during investigation one Saheb Singh in his confessional statement has stated that one Roushan Singh has killed the son of the informant and has named one Sajan Kumar as his

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Saheb Singh is the father of the petitioner and that the deceased was misbehaving with the sister of the petitioner in retaliation of which the co-accused persons killed the deceased.

6. It has been further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2025.

7. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

8. Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the period of custody, this bail application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned Court below, in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.210 of 2025.

10. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not
