This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 370 of the Indian Penal Code and 70 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000.

Allegation against the petitioner is of carrying the children for labour purpose.

Submission is that in fact that the parents of the children had requested the petitioner to take them for proper study. The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2016.

Considering the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16809 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rail P.S. DBG Case No. 12 of 2017 (G.R. No. 19 of 2017) to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, (Railway) Samastipur, or successor Court.
