The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail connection with Arah Nagar P.S. Case No. 228 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended that the FIR has been instituted on the basis of a complaint which was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation. The entire allegations made in the FIR are false and frivolous. Apart from the oral allegations, there is no

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Arah Nagar P.S. Case no. 228 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
