The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the FIR does not reflect the date of marriage but victim was married with the son of the petitioners in 2008. The

No.46447 of 2014 (02) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 victim got accidental fire and while extinguishing the fire the husband of the victim was received serious burnt injuries for which he was treated which suggests the bonafide and the victim after receiving burnt injury conveyed to her family members that she received accidental burnt injuries.

Considering the fact that the husband received serious burnt injuries while extinguishing the fire of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
