2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. Allegedly, the petitioners were cutting bamboo trees of the informant and while the informant protested, the accused persons assaulted the informant and when the informant's mother came to rescue, she was also assaulted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the specific allegation against the petitioner No. 1 is of assaulting the informant with iron rod. The injuries on the person of informant are simple in nature. The petitioner No. 2 is said to have inflicted rod blow on the head of the informant but the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner Bimali Devi is said to have assaulted Rukmini Devi but the injuries are simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
