The petitioner seeks bail in Kesariya P.S. Case No. 330 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 37 (A)(B)(C) and (D) of the Bihar Excise Act.

10 liters of illegal country made liquor were recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 11th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Kesariya P.S. Case No. 330 of 2016.
