The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2018 in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from his conscious possession and he has no criminal antecedent.
