The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 507 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Earlier the applications for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 28.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67682 of 2022 with an observation to learned trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible.

No.43116 of 2024(4) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report, dated 28.06.2024, with regard to present stage of trial has been received and the same is kept at flag 'B'. From its perusal it appears that the trial may be concluded within a period of 3 months.

No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail of the petitioners. Hence, prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed off.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within stipulated period ie. 3 months., failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Nirajkrs/- U T
