6-7 litres of Mahua wine was seized from the physical possession of the petitioner and for that, is under custody since 09.04.2016. As per Para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. As such, petitioner, Birendra Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-4th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P. S. Case no.87 of 2016.
