The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case no. 379/14, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14335 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 The informant made allegation that she went to the nursing home for delivery. Lalmuni Devi injected her some injection. She was also operated by Daud and Dr. Rakesh Kumar but her child died. It is submitted that there is knowingly negligence on the part of the petitioners. Two accused persons Dr. Rakesh Kumar and Lalmuni Devi have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 11530/2015 and Cr. Misc. no. 11787/2015. The petitioners are staff of the nursing home.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 379/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
