Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 42(i) of the Bihar Excise Act. From the house of this petitioner about 18 liters of liquor was allegedly recovered.
The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16824 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 255 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, or successor Court.
