Petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 879 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the present case, only on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
