The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 354 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the Panchayat Mukhiya Rupesh Khan came to Sub-centre misbehaved and outrage the modesty of the informant being ANM. It is alleged against the petitioner that petitioner was instigating and assisting the main accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner is supporter of the Panchayat Mukhiya he has been roped in the present case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 82 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
