The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Protest-cumComplaint Case No. 139/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant made allegation that his daughter Premlata Kumari was killed due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband Bhola Paswan @ Rohit Paswan. The FIR was lodged but the police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false and thereafter the informant filed this complaint petition against the petitioner who is the mother-in-law of the deceased.
