JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his application for bail in connection with Ara Town P. S. Case No. 253 of 2015 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. His application for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56133 of 2015.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order as contained in Annexure- 1 to the present case, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected once again.

No.28687 of 2016 (3) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 At this stage, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the matter is still pending before the court of Magistrate for commitment. If that is so, the Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of sessions forthwith.
