Mr. Sri Sanjay Kumar Sharma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned APP for the State as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.600 of 2017, registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner entered into an agreement for sale of a plot with the complainant in total consideration amount of Rs.65,00,000/- and Rs.30,00,000/- was paid in advance but after sometime neither the sale deed was executed nor the money was returned back.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the

No.13702 of 2018(3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 best of the husband of the petitioner, this agreement was entered into and the husband of the petitioner died and predominantly it is a matter of breach of agreement and the petitioner, a lady, has been in custody for more than a year.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Smt. Manni Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Patna City, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.600 of 2017.
