Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 327, 109, 306,302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the complaint case has been filed after one month of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
