The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 277 of 2019/Biraul P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

No.35569 of 2019(3) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019 and G.O. Case No. 277 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
