Taking into consideration that mini gun factory was unearthed from the house of the petitioner and several finished and semi finished firearms as well as other apparatus, which are used in preparing the firearms, were recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Tarapur P.S.Case No. 125 of 2015, pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, stands rejected.
