JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being sister and brother in law of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after five years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that it appears from the FIR that the informant was not even knowing the names of the petitioners but they have been roped in the present case only because they happen to be the sister and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23987 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 brother in law of the husband of the victim.

Considering the fact that accusation is not specific against the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
