The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners have not been arrested at the spot. He further submits that from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that at the time of hearing of the bail petition in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49076 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 the court below, no injury report was produced before the court below and only attached copies of medical prescriptions regarding treatment of the injured. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Aditi Gupta, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dehri-on-Sone, District Rohtas/concerned Court in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
