JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 registered under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is student and has never demanded any money from his phone at any point of time rather the demand has been made by some unknown person who has given the mobile phone number of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35178 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2 / 2 is in custody since 5th June, 2016.

Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the State.

In view of the submissions made at the Bar, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016.
